Driving back from Yellowstone enroute to Cody, Wyoming the sunset displayed a pageantry of dramatic color, glints of gold and swirling clouds amidst the mountains and the lake. Even thought the water rippled and showed grey, I added much reflections of warm sunset within. The sail boat was added for a dreamlike fantasy. "Evening's Pageant" was paintied with layers of oil, brush and pallette knife.
