Painted up in Jeffersonville, VT in a place dubbed "Gruppe's Bridge" as he (Emile Gruppe) painted the scene many times. The tradition continues as many painter's gather each winter for painting and comraderie in the footsteps of Emile Gruppe, Aldro Hibbard, Thomas Curtain and many more. Painted with textures created by scumbling and pallette knife on a gray day.
