Barreling In

I used oil paint to describe the thundering waves barreling to shore on the coast of Portugal. Surf slams the distant cliffs. I liberally layered a prismatic spectrum of whites to turn the form of aerated spray. Scumbling the brush over dried layers, building paint with a palette knife and in distant sky letting the warm raw sienna undertone show through is my approach.
