Orchids

My drawing is done in graphite with a few touches of white chalk.
I use Fabriano paper, Staedtler pencils, Mars Lumograph black pencils and I make my own graphite powder from Faber-Castell graphite blocks.
I love the process of drawing and creating a beautiful image. Working with graphite is a medium that is very time consuming. I love the slow steady process that requires lots of focus and patience. I find that I am inspired by nature’s beauty and the peace that it brings.
