I took this picture of the Thoroughbred mares and a foal at my friends Thoroughbred Farm in Delton, MI. She bred Thoroughbred race horses for years and had many champions. I have had Thoroughbreds myself on my farm. Mine were ex-race horses that I retrained to be Dressage horse. But most of the time I just loved to have them in my life. I currently have 2 of Judy's mares, half sisters, and ride one of them. The other one was never really broke for riding but she's a sweety.
