Living where I do in Wyeth country, I have a Wyeth streak in me that can’t abbreviate straw or wood grain. The painting has evolved since first painted a few months ago as I myself have evolved. I aspire to paint light that is palpable, especially as I go through seasonable depression, and this is the result of it.
