Kansas City street scene

The scene was sketched in watercolor in person in the early morning hours in Kansas City. I created this watercolor painting from that sketch with Daniel Smith watercolors on Arches paper. The person in the scene was cleaning up in front of a gallery before they opened. I was interested in the way the light reflected into the windows and was at a low angle between the buildings.
