This is a watercolor created from a watercolor sketch I created in San Antonio on vacation. I used Daniel Smith watercolors on Arches paper. There is a pencil sketch under the watercolor. I tried to capture the relaxed attitude of the surroundings and the people relaxing beside the water. It was a hot day and this place in the shade allowed a bit of respite from the heat.
