Submerged Blackthorn on frozen levels

At the begging of January I was praying for snow, We didnt get any , However the River near my home burst its banks and then froze so I was treated with a beautiful spectacle. It was freezing cold and really eary with the noise of huge slabs of ice breaking. I paint the blackthorn throughout the year but Ive never seen it quite like this
